In America, annually 20 million people are affected by anxiety disorder, the most common part of emotional disorder. Regular activities such as going outside or interacting with other people are interfered by anxiety. The most severe example of an anxiety reaction is anxiety attack. Anxiety disorders makes people’s horrible with devastating anxiety and fear. An anxiety attack is formed when anxiety reaches a level at which the symptoms cause the sufferer to experience symptoms which exceed those normally experienced during an appropriate anxiety reaction. Anxiety reactions are produced in the unconscious mind by a small organ called the Amygdala. Anxiety attacks can be controlled very merely. Because anxiety attacks are the result of a learning process in the unconscious mind which causes the amygdala to react improperly. Anxiety attacks are so much devastating that it can motivate a person to commit suicide and go crazy. Anxiety attacks are also called panic attacks and are sudden episodes of extreme terror or fear. Anxiety disorders are likely to run in families. Persons with anxiety disorders often have a family history of anxiety disorders or mood disorders.
